Terms of Service

1. General

These terms of service apply to the sale of services from GeoLead (Innova Kurs og Konsulenttjenester) to the customer.

2. The Provider

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise explicitly stated. The service is paid via monthly subscription.

4. Delivery

The service (access to lead data and map features) is delivered digitally immediately upon approved payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. The service is considered delivered when the customer has been granted access.

6. Privacy

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability (Anti-Spam and Misuse)

The customer is solely responsible for all use of the service, including the content of emails sent and that sending complies with applicable legislation, including the Norwegian Marketing Control Act (§ 15) and GDPR.

GeoLead / Innova Kurs og Konsulenttjenester only provides the tool and data, and does not act as the sender. The customer commits to:

• Only contact businesses (B2B) with relevant content.
• Not send spam, misleading marketing or content that violates Norwegian law.
• Respect marketing reservations where required.

In case of breach of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate access to the service immediately and without refund. We disclaim any liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from the customer's use of the data or sending tool.
